Lingua de Foco

With the first look, our reviewer, Jon thinks that the Za looks delicious. It has a thin crust with “lava cheese”. You can just tell. It’s got steam coming out of it, and some salami on top. Not a ton of flop, which is a bit disappointing. But actually, as Jon waits for it to cool, the slice becomes floppier. As always, we start with One Bite. The pizza is hot, not too hot. Pretty good. It came out fast, which initially seemed to be a cause for alarm, but the quality is putting those concerns to rest. The sauce is good, the salami is good. It’s hot, as he ordered the spicier version, and the temperature is hot. One bite. Wow. Very good pizza. It wasn’t what he was expecting for Italy, but its very very very good.

Where in the World is Rome?
